Stallholder Application

Mappfest presents a golden opportunity for Local Businesses to take part in an extremely popular Family Music Festival. All that we ask is a donation from your takings to our charity fund over the weekend! But please note that any stallholder who decides not to do so will not be invited to attend another event in the future.

By the nature of the site we cannot offer either power or water, our apologies. Many attendees have small generators which are placed behind their pitch to minimise noise disruption, there will also be large bins available to help keep the common litter free.

We have a strict "no glass rule", this includes bottles and glassware. The common is a public area and we have an obligation to ensure our visitors are kept safe from inappropriate behaviour by inconsiderate guests.
